1992 - 1997	Acquisition of Volkart Inc., Dallas, which becomes Paul Reinhart Inc.; opening of a buying office in Fresno, California; foundation of a subsidiary of Paul Reinhart Inc. in Australia.
	1997	Opening of buying / selling offices in China.
	1998 - 2004	Investments in ginning and warehousing business in Africa and the USA; building and acquisition of gins in Tanzania and Uganda and participation in ginning companies in Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso; acquisition of the Pacific Pima Gin in California and construction of the Riverbend Warehouse in West Memphis, USA.
	2008	Turbulences at the cotton exchange in March 2008 hit the cotton industry and Reinhart; the U.S. and Australian operations are forced to file under Chapter 11; selling offices in France, Germany, Italy and Portugal are changed into agencies; ginning operations in Tanzania and Uganda are sold.
	2009	Reinhart (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. starts domestic trading in China.
